Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyPetPass, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Your account & data

MyPetPass does not require an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including your pets' health records and your own contact details. Your vault is stored on your device by default; see our Privacy Policy for details on backups and sharing.

Not veterinary advice

MyPetPass is a records and organization tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, or emergency advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for the judgment of a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital for medical decisions about your pet.

Purchases & subscriptions

MyPetPass is available as a one-time App Store purchase ($0.99). PetPass Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($3.99/month or $24.99/year, with a 7-day free trial where offered), billed through your Apple ID account.

• The MyPetPass app purchase is a single, one-time charge — not a subscription.
• PetPass Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a Pro subscription any time in your device's Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyPetPass to store or share information about pets you're not authorized to manage, to falsify health, vaccination, or service animal certification records, or to attempt to interfere with the app's verification systems.

Boarding Pass verification

The Pet Boarding Pass and its QR verification link reflect the information stored in your vault at the time it's generated. MyPetPass provides this as a convenience for sharing records with vets, airlines, and boarding facilities — it does not guarantee acceptance by any third party, whose own requirements always take precedence.

Support a Shelter

Links to shelters and animal welfare organizations are provided for convenience. MyPetPass is not responsible for the content, practices, or use of funds by any third-party organization you choose to support, and does not process or handle any donations itself.

Disclaimers & liability

MyPetPass is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPetPass and its developers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on records, reports, or verification links generated within it.

Termination

You may stop using MyPetPass at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
