Anxiety disorders in the other hand causes such a pain that interferes with your day to day activities to lead a normal life.
For people with anxiety disorders, worry and fear are constant and overwhelming, and can even be devastatingly crippling.

Types of Anxiety Disorders

According to the Mental Institute of Mental health there are three most common types of anxiety disorders

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) : This condition involves extreme, unrealistic worry and pressure, even if there is little or nothing to provoke the anxiety.
Panic disorder : People with this condition have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning, may make the person feel like he or she is having a heart attack.
Social anxiety disorder : involves overwhelming worry and self-consciousness about everyday social situations to the point of isolation from social activities, is the fear of being judged by others, or behaving in a way that might cause embarrassment or lead to ridicule. 

Hypnotherapy is likely to decrease anxiety and anxiety disorders  and is the only therapy that can go to the emotional root cause of the problem without the drug side effects!
